Such a beautiful case and great customer service! I didn’t receive the initial case (I think it was stolen) and Valerie Constance sent me a replacement. They were super friendly and the case is perfect. Very chic, highly recommend

I purchased this case over a month ago but still haven’t received it. The package tracking info said that it was delivered but the USPS confirmed that it never got to me. I contacted Valerie Constance customer service and they never got back to me to confirm that they’d send me a new case or a refund. Very upset and disappointed because this was supposed to be a gift for myself for getting a promo...
